Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, return your purchase in its original packaging with all the accessories, manuals, and parts with your original receipt. You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the following exceptions.

1. RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

 1) Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer can not be returned. 

 2) Delivery, labor and/or installation fees cannot be refunded.

 3) If you return an item for exchange, the replacement merchandise that you  receive cannot be refunded. It is only eligible for exchange.

2. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION – RMA

To return a product you must receive a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). You must apply for a RMA by emailing us at onlineservice@gstandardproducts.com. Please include in your email the name on the order, the order number, and the reason for return. Once we review your RMA request, we will respond with either a RMA number or request for further clarification. Failure to obtain a RMA number will delay or negate your option to return the items. Once you receive a RMA number, all items must be returned to us within 21 days. If the item is not returned within the allotted 21 days, it will not be eligible for a refund. If the package is returned without a RMA number on it, the refund may be voided.

Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels unless the item you received was not the item ordered. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. If the items were delivered with a pallet, the original pallet should be used for return. If the item is damaged in transit, an exchange will be made or refund issued. Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.

 3. DELIVERY

Orders refused at time of delivery may be ineligible for a refund or will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed including the return fee, shipping costs, and a 15% processing/restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your product we will under most circumstances allow the products to be returned*. If the product is being returned for any reason other than exchange or damaged in transit, the customer can be charged a restocking fee. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Please note: The return fee does not apply when item is returned as defective or if an incorrect product was delivered.

4. Damage Reporting Requirement for Delivered Items:

You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted.  To report damages and obtain the required claim number, please contact us at customerservice@gstandardproducts.com.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT RECEIPT.
